Jacqueline Watkins, RN

Jackie stepped in to precept a new grad after recently coming back from maternity leave and getting into the swing of things herself. On a night of short staffing, she went above expectations, acting as a CNA and a UC when needed, all while keeping a close eye and mentoring her orientee through a busy assignment. She also assisted and educated three new nurses on drawing labs from an arterial line and helped with troubleshooting some difficulties. She remains very organized through the chaos and does not give herself enough credit!
