Jacquell Jefferson, RN

First of all, I don't have one separate incident to share. I have several situations for which I can applaud her. This young lady was the best nurse I have ever encountered in my 57 years. I have been in and out of the hospital several times in my life. She made me feel so safe and secure. I came in with high blood pressure and chest pain. She was at my beck and call and NEVER complained about it anytime. I noticed that she wasn't just this way with me; she was helping everyone all over the place. I told her the bed was uncomfortable, and she went out of her way to find me another bed, but because of the busy times, none was available. If I had to give an award to anyone. It will definitely be Nurse Jacquell. She deserves this and more. She enjoys her job, and this shows in her work and personality. I love her! Thank you, Jacquell!
