When my son was admitted for surgery, he was refusing surgical procedure and was not cooperative in any way with any one of the medical staff when they were doing all the pre-operative procedures. Nurse Jacquelyn came to him, talk to him in a very nice, loving and professional way and makes jokes with him. The way the child responded to her was amazing. She is so caring, gentle, compassionate and motherly. It was unbelievable. He became calm and cooperated for the whole procedure and had the surgery done. I actually thought the surgery was going to be canceled as this boy will not allow anything to be done to him.
Nurse Jacquelyn is very professional in giving extra care to her patients. Even after the surgery, she cares about all details of the patient and allayed our fears and gave us all the necessary details that we required. She is so soft and tender. She is an excellent nurse.
