In the 12 days, my dad was in ICU or Hospice care NO other nurse/doctor took the time to really explain the situation as Jacquelyn did. This was a HUGE help, as we were in California and needed to know if/when to come. She was thorough and thoughtful. Not everyone who goes into the hospital with abdominal pain dies. She gave us enough information to know this was potentially different. I am FOREVER grateful that Jacquelyn was his nurse his first night when we needed her the most.
