Jad exemplified true compassion, empathy, and concern for my daughter. I am a single mother of three and was devastated and worried about being separated from my other children. He made sure my daughter was given the best care and went above and beyond to reassure everything would be ok. He treated me and my daughter like family versus just being a patient in a room. Jad is very empathetic and addressed every concern I had. This was the first hospital experience that I could feel safe leaving my daughter with a nurse that cared! When I cried, he made me laugh. When I was worried about my daughter’s surgery, he instilled positivity! He is the reason I want to be a part of the care staff.
