Jada Alexander, RN

I was extremely exhausted and in a terrible amount of pain, and was ready to expect the worst when walking into the emergency room. Immediately, I was greeted with kindness and concern for how I felt. I felt seen and heard, and Jada made me feel not like another patient but a human who wasn't at her best. Her kindness was far beyond just doing her job. Her bright personality and bubbly demeanor made me feel like someone who wasn't just there complaining. She assured me the entire time and even got me a warm blanket that helped ease some of the pain I was experiencing. She embodies what the DAISY Award is; she is absolutely extraordinary.
