With Jade, it was always a pleasant moment.
I had a really rough time during my pregnancy and I met a lot of kind midwives, but Jade was a quite remarkable and caring midwife when I was admitted to City Hospital. Jade is one of the first midwives that cared for me. She was very kind and even though she was busy, she still took her time to listen to my needs and find a way to help out. When I lost one of my twins, Jade showed me so much care and compassion. She would come and check on me even when I didn't buzz, just to make sure I was doing okay.
Most times, she would find me in tears and she would talk to me just to make me feel better, so I would always smile whenever she came and introduced herself as the midwife on duty. With Jade, it was always a pleasant moment. When I finally delivered, I was with my deceased twin, Z, whilst the living twin was in the Neonatal unit. Jade made sure Z was okay; that she got blankets of toys and that she was looked after. I can go on and on about that. On my last day at City Hospital, she helped prepare to take Z to the mortuary and also took me to the other facility afterward, since the living twin was transferred there. Thank you, Jade.
