You can truly see how much Jade loves her work in the NICU. The care and compassion she showed not only to my baby but to all the babies was remarkable.

I saw the care she gave to not only my baby but also other babies as well. I always felt reassured knowing my baby was in such good hands when she was there. She treated both my baby and me with kindness, patience, and gentleness.

After I gave birth to my son, I developed a fever and an infection, which prevented me from visiting him in the NICU. Jade went above and beyond by waiting until I was well enough to be there so I could be present for my baby’s first bath. She taught my partner and me how to change our baby’s diaper, how to swaddle him, and how to hold him, and always reassured us about how our baby was doing when we were not at the NICU.

Her thoughtfulness and dedication made such a meaningful difference during a very difficult time, and I will always be grateful. I will never forget her. Knowing she was there gave me peace because I knew my baby was in amazing hands.
