All his tests were completed as he expected from his preadmission appointment. Jade is so professional, compassionate, and friendly. She has a great bedside manner. She went beyond our expectations. She always asked, “Is there anything else you need?” Jade has a beautiful smile. She collaborates with other nurses and doctors and has a great sense of empathy.
