On Valentine's Day, we rented out Skate City for a couple of hours for some socially distanced fun. We weren't there long when our daughter attempted a ramp and fell, badly breaking her wrist. My husband and I are both retired military and have been in many Emergency Rooms all over the place and you guys just blew us away from start to finish! I had a bit of a melt-down when they were going to give her the twilight sedation to re-set her wrist.
Jade Plummer was so incredibly reassuring. She said she was a mom too and that she would take over as the mom to ensure she was comfortable and not having any pain. They treated her like she was one of their children! Our daughter liked Jade so much that she asked to have her picture taken with her. Jade was quick to agree and gave her a big hug for the photo.
