What a pleasure to work with! This man makes things happen. The day can be horrible and he makes it seem like everything is going to be okay. He is the only charge nurse who makes sure I take my full lunch with no interruptions. He is loved by all of his staff. He is fair when making assignments for the oncoming staff. He solves the majority of the floor issues or he escalates if he cannot solve them. He takes care of his patients as if they were his own family. That is the way it should be. He is kind, funny, and a great teacher. He quizzes me and asks for my opinion about patients in the ER. He is an amazing person and a wonderful nurse!
