Jade was recognized and nominated by one of her co-workers for the DAISY Award. She described the ways Jade demonstrated Essentia's values, in her caring ways to the patients and her co-workers, while she was on the floor. Jade is exceptional, always helping others. Any problem that arises on the floor Jade is there to help in any way she can; always answering the call lights, giving meds, and checking on her co-workers to see if she can assist. Staff learns from Jade and appreciates everything she does for the unit, always lending a hand when it's needed.
