After my procedure, I wasn't sure what to expect, only that I would be in the hospital until the next morning. Jael was very comforting, explained what to expect and repeated instructions for post-op care. Even more, she asked what was important to me and my situation. She made sure I understood by asking me questions and provided ideas for a good night's sleep in the hospital.
Jael showed concern for my well-being, was kind, compassionate, respectful of me and my family and was fun; we laughed together. Knowing I was anxious, she made me feel at ease. I could see a good relationship with co-workers, and the team atmosphere made my stay feel more comfortable. Even though my procedure was "routine" it was a major concern to me. Jael seemed to understand and responded well to make me comfortable and confident after discharge. I appreciate all she did for me.
