Jagger is a shining star in your hospital, and I'm honored to nominate her for the DAISY Award. Her unwavering positivity and kindness have transformed the experience of countless patients, including mine.
When I was most vulnerable, nervous, and unsure of what I needed, Jagger was there, exuding calm and compassion. With her warm smile and positive attitude, she eased my fears and doubts, helping me feel seen, heard, and understood. My observation of her ability to connect with patients on a personal level put even the most anxious souls at ease. She's a natural healer, not just in body, but in spirit.
As one of Jagger's patients, I can’t rave enough about her exceptional care. After shift change, I would listen to her colleagues admire her tireless dedication. She's the epitome of nursing excellence, and her nomination of this award is well-deserved based off of recognition of her outstanding contributions.
She's worth so much more than this award, but her nomination is the smallest token of my deep appreciation for her selfless service. Please give Jagger the recognition she so richly deserves, she's a true treasure in your hospital!
