Ms. Grant is a nurse who is dedicated to the profession. When asked to participate in reviewing health records for a special project to identify patients in a specific category for treatment, she took the lead role. She arranged to be on site for numerous consecutive days and was available as needed. She takes assigned tasks and creates logs, spreadsheets, and forms to make the job easier for others to follow.
