Patient centered service is exactly what she provided. My leg was amputated and I was in severe pain, fear and anxiety. I could not drink, eat or function. What makes her special is that she took her time to work at a pace where I could tolerate the medicine, manage the pain and get through my fears. She had genuine concern for my well-being and pain management. She made sure that I felt safe and that she was there for me no matter how much I threw up. She helped me maintain dignity when I was physically and emotionally drained. Her kindness and care helped me get to the next day.
