For many reasons, Jaime Bartholf, BSN, RN is a standout role model. She leads, influences, supports, advocates for her staff and providers every day with her effortless and natural leadership skills while keeping all situations and changes “real”. Jaime is a natural leader; she is highly respected by her staff and ED leadership, as well as nursing and system leadership. She will always speaks-up for ED patient safety and improving efficiency processes and resulting in many positive metrics and outcomes.

Jaime is always visible in the department and keeps positive energy in the ED by helping with all aspects of patient care in the ED and supports her staff on a daily basis. A day does not go by when we cannot hear her laugh and feel her amazing positivity and energy in the ED, which has had not only a positive impact on her staff and providers but has resulted in positive patient outcomes and quality.
