I am going through a very nerve-racking situation with Hep C. I felt lost and alone and scared. After meeting with Jaime, all those feelings were gone. She is so positive and thorough. She explained everything to me in terms I was able to understand. She assured me all will be well. She will fight tooth and nail with the insurance company for approval. She needs to be recognized for her caring and concern for others.
