My mother was admitted for a bowel obstruction. Jaime went over and beyond to ensure she got proper medication started. We were very frustrated. It seemed like the procedure was failing. She was in real bad shape and Jaime truly went over and beyond to get a hold of the Resident and Surgeon to get medicine to help make her comfortable. He didn't stop until she was. The way he addressed the whole situation and kept her calm was amazing. I really appreciated his patience. This is not just a paycheck for him. He really cared for my mother as if she was his. The passion he has for his job is not something that can be taught. He is amazing and I wish more took on the job as he does. Thank you, Mr. Jaime Padilla.
