Jaimie genuinely cared about the well-being of our entire family. His positive attitude made us all feel better about our family member being in the ICU. Jaimie was great about keeping us informed about what was going on and why, very calm and good at keeping us calm, always watching out for his patient's best interests and alerting the doctors over any concern, great at following up on things, always positive and upbeat, really cared about all of us. Jaimie made us feel special.
