Jaimie is a gift to nursing. She is compassionate and provides all her patients with excellent care. Jaimie is a clinical expert, implementing the latest evidence based practice and ensuring her patients receive the best experience possible during their labor process. She shares her knowledge with our new LDR trainees, precepting and mentoring the new staff in order to ensure high quality care throughout the department. Jaimie is a patient advocate and has helped our department understand LGBT healthcare disparities through her work in helping Hoag become part of the Healthcare Equality Index. We are proud and thankful to have such as amazing person and colleague in our department!
