Jaimie is the night shift supervisor on maternity and I wanted to recognize how amazing she is. Not only does she act as charge nurse and supervisor, but she will not hesitate to take a run of patients and continue to help us all night. Jaimie goes above and beyond as a nurse. She takes on so much responsibility, provides excellent patient care and is extremely helpful to the staff RNs. On these very busy nights, Jaimie continues to help everyone, take patients and does an amazing job of being in charge! Jaimie is not only a proactive supervisor, but she is also a supporter, advocate and a great friend to have in a very busy work environment. She is so knowledgeable and helpful to the less experienced staff and she acts as a great role model and mentor to us. There are so many nights where I think, " What would we do without Jaimie?" I'm so grateful we have her on our team!
