In a challenging diagnosis discussion, Jaimie took the time to sit with the family, translating complex medical information into accessible terms. This transparent and compassionate communication not only alleviated the family's fears but also established a foundation of trust. The subsequent improvement in the patient's and family's understanding of the treatment plan had a ripple effect, positively impacting their overall experience within the healthcare system.
