Ms. Jaisa has been one of our favorite nurses for my daughter's long stays here at Tampa General Hospital. She is/has all of the qualities listed on this form plus a great heart and soul! My daughter, throughout her battling stage IV lung cancer, has been extremely brave, but once when it started to overwhelm her she started to cry, which she had not done up to that point. Ms. Jaisa went and wrote a "Stay Positive" letter/note to encourage her and had many of the staff who knew her sign it and brought it to her within minutes. The value of what that meant to her and how it lifted her spirits was priceless. It encouraged her beyond words. So, we say thank you, Ms. Jaisa, from the bottoms of our Hearts (and Lungs).
