Jaisly is wonderful. She performs all her duties with a smile and helps the parents understand what is going on with patience and understanding. She makes us (the adults) feel comfortable like there is no question we can't ask and that she will understand and answer for us. She is great!
On the 2nd night, our baby girl was fussy and crying. Both my husband and I were at a loss about what to do. She helped us with latching and nursing of the baby when we felt overwhelmed.
She was an angel; all of our nurses were truly excellent. Jaisly's kind affect, intuition and soothing smile were notable and made a real difference in our experience here.
