Working with Jaisy is an absolute pleasure. Tonight, she once again demonstrated her expertise in handling a particularly challenging patient. She successfully administered a scheduled medication that had been refused several times by a court-committed patient. Jaisy stayed with the patient and managed to gain her trust. Jaisy is widely recognized on the unit for her exceptional skill in de-escalating situations to prevent the need for physical intervention. Having a nurse leader like her as a colleague is truly extraordinary. Jaisy consistently offers a helping hand, excels under pressure, and is a valuable asset to the unit. Great job!
