When my fiancé was admitted to the ICU, Jakara was there to help me and his mom to make sure he was going to be ok. She came and got us and had truly read up on his history and had a game plan to help us get through this difficult time. Jakara was so caring and understanding, and truly made his care outstanding. I cannot say enough about her care and concern for him. She knew we had a very important appointment the following Monday that he needed to get to, and she was very persistent to make sure it would happen. She also made me and his mom feel at ease. Jakara is truly one in a million.
