I was alone with my son for a one-night stay after surgery and my son did not want to be there and was fighting all medicine and trying to pull the IV out. Jake was so good at helping me calm him down and try to get medicine in him. He was beyond patient and spoke to my son with such kindness and helped reassure me and provided support to me. It meant a lot for him to go above and beyond. We had some hiccups with food orders and medicine not being submitted for us and he immediately took care of it and made sure it was fixed as soon as he knew and kept apologizing and trying to make it right. He was great!
