Jake was my mom's nurse for the majority of the time while we were waiting for a room for her. He was very skilled and efficient given how busy the Emergency Room was. Jake answered and explained what was happening with my mom and calmed her and us. Jake fixed mom's needle apparatus, given she is on a blood thinner, it was uncomfortable and starting to bleed. He was professional and confident placing it where it was more comfortable for Mom.
