Jakki Brown

Jakki and her team looked after my father for five weeks following a NOF. The care was outstanding. Jakki didn't need to sit down and explain to me as she was not responsible for his care, but she took every opportunity to keep me informed of the next steps of care for Dad and the process of nursing care beyond his stay. Her kindness to staff, visitors, and patients is demonstrated in many ways, but the respect that she is held in is a compliment not only to Jakki but the whole team on the Newdigate ward. Well done and a massive thank you.
