There is always that one person who makes my stay less scary, less alone, but most of all I feel that they truly love and care for their patients. Jaki was that one special nurse who went way above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I didn't even have to ask for certain items and she was already bringing them to me. If she was getting ready to perform any kind of procedure she took the time to explain exactly what she was doing so I would feel more at ease. She was constantly concerned about my port being cleaned and working properly. No matter how many times I called, she always answered and walked into my room with a smile. Not only did Jaki worry about my needs, but my family's needs as well. Jaki makes all the difference in my road to recovery. She is a loving, caring, and compassionate nurse. Thank you Jaki!
