Upon my arrival to my mother's room is when I saw nurse JaLese. She introduced herself and explained the plan of care for my mom. She made great assessments which resulted in even better care for my mom. She was very professional and had the best bedside manner. She made us feel at ease explaining each task that she performed, not only did she do this for my mother but also for the other patients. She performed every task in a courteous and professional manner. This wasn't just for one night but for each night my mom stayed. Thank you, JaLese White, RN for everything that you do to comfort the patients, as well as making them feel better.
