Jalyn McKelleb stepped into her first year as CNO in unprecedented times with the pandemic. Throughout the challenges, Jalyn never stepped back from whatever the need. Jalyn ensured her team, patient care, and nursing services were supported in every way possible. If warranted, that included putting on scrubs herself to fill whatever role was needed, whether day or night.
Jalyn's commitment to her team and our mission was evident in her passion to strive for excellence and seek improvements to promote high standards for nursing care. I appreciate Jalyn's resilience and commitment to our profession of nursing.
