Having a sick child is already a challenge. Therefore, when you have nurses that are only positive and lift you up, the stay is more pleasant. Jamelia was amazing! Since she first introduced herself, she was committed and concerned about my child’s care. I saw nothing but love and passion in what she does. She constantly came to check on him and asked me if I needed anything every time. She made my child comfortable and he was finally able to rest fever and pain-free. She is an angel and I valued her dedication and efforts to make us feel at home. Jamelia was professional, compassionate, and an outstanding role model of what a nurse should be like.
