James has a very positive personality, always smiling and ready to help/offer help, he was extremely hands-on with my son. He spoke to J with compassion while explaining what he was about to do and/or was doing. His care for my son was excellent. James was constantly asking if there was anything he could do for us and keeping our room cleaned by being attentive to anything that he could do. Taking out empty cafeteria trays, trash, and laundry. James' compassion and excellent care are admirable and should be recognized.
