My dad was brought to the hospital after having a heart attack at home. James has been his nurse for the past 11 hours. He greeted me when I arrived at ICU after driving from Phoenix. He filled me in on the surgery that was done, and my dad's status and what to expect. All through the night, he provided excellent care while also demonstrating great respect for my dad who wasn't exactly following all of the directions. James was very patient and caring, and also informative and respectful towards me. He gave us all comfort that dad is getting great care.
