I can't really find the words to express our feelings. James was the most caring, compassionate, loving nurse. He treated our mother with respect and dignity. Even when language was a barrier, he communicated with our mom in the best way she could understand. We can truly see he loves his profession and goes above and beyond. He gave our mother, not 100% but he went the extra 200%. James was always aware of her needs, responding very quickly and making sure she was comfortable. Even when he wasn't our mom's nurse, he made sure she always had what she needed. James made a huge change in our mom's recovery.
