The way James treated me was the only comfort and emotional support that I received after a MVA which took the life of my unborn baby and left me with neck injuries requiring extensive surgery. His kind words helped me to cope with the trauma. James had the courage to say kind words about me being pregnant at age 48. I was only able to cope with the terrible words of others by remembering how respectful James was about my loss. James is a rare gem. I will never forget how kind and respectful he was to me and he did not assume, he knew I was devastated. I met James on the worst day of my life, but his compassion made it better. I hope you can share my story with James because I want him to know what a difference he made in my life. I am a nurse as well, and I know it can be hard to find the right words to say in a tragic situation, but he knew exactly what to say to me and I felt that it was coming from his heart.
