Holy Heavens where to begin? If every employee was as focused on getting things right by the patient/customer – VA LMBC would be a shoo-in for #1 VA Med Center. His kindness, caring and compassion are hallmarks of excellence and should be emulated by all employees. His performance not just is dealing with me, but each and every patient (even the unruly ones!) is a model for all Administrators to custodial personnel.
