The most wonderful caregiver! He is friendly, empathetic, professional, and gentle. He makes sure that my grandmother understands everything that Is going to happen, is happy to explain and answer questions if needed. He is encouraging, supportive, and easy to talk to. It can be overwhelming to face a fall but especially so near a holiday. This type of care makes recovery so much easier for both my grandmother and all of us. We are so grateful for his sweet demeanor and knowledge.
