While traveling by motorcycle from my home in Indiana, I developed appendicitis. From the time I made it to the satellite ER, till the time I have been released, I've been treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and genuine concern. From the time I met James, my nurse, he has been very helpful, informative, and has treated me like a brother. He is very courteous, friendly and efficient. He even took the time to make me laugh and he listens to me as a person not just a patient. He shows concern and overall does a great job.
