I witnessed James communicate for a tubed patient to her family her wish to die. The family was very upset. While advocating for the patient he calmed the family, holding the patient's hand and interpreting for her to her family. He calmed the room, was gracious and went beyond the call to soothe his patient with dignity and grace.
