He genuinely takes the time to complete a wellness check with the staff, which goes beyond the simple question of "How are you doing." He actively listens to staff's concerns and honors their unique perspectives. Staff have expressed how much they appreciate his calm, cool demeanor. Even during chaotic and difficult situations, his calm approach is contagious. The calmness is immediately felt and assimilated by everyone involved. He also has a wonderful sense of humor.
