James has been so wonderful to me and especially to my husband. He is very sick, confused, scared, and in a lot of pain. His kindness, compassion, and professionalism have made it easy during a very scary and emotional time. He is a very bright young man who could be a doctor someday. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate him being here for my husband and myself. We have been here for 20 days and that can be difficult. He answered every question, talked with us, and just made this visit so nice to my very sick husband.

James was my day shift nurse and he was perfect for me. He is an excellent communicator and certainly cares about his patients. He even inspired me to quit chewing nicotine gum.
James's medical and clinical knowledge are clearly strong. He obviously takes pride in what he does and cares about his patients. James is great at explaining complicated issues. I rate James a solid 10!
