James Gilbert was my nurse multiple days during my five day at Methodist in early March. James cared for me with the utmost respect. He consistently checked my status, explained the course of treatment, and ensured I was comfortable. His pleasant manner and palpable caring helped my well-being and that of my husband and friends. James was training a girl from UT while caring for me. He exhibited a great ability to convey information and mentor the student RN. I am very thankful I was under James's care.
