Jim made us feel comfortable and attended to each and every need in a compassionate manner. He is exceptionally skilled in his role. We spent several hours under his care following the surgical procedures and cannot say enough about our experience.

After surgery, I forgot my glasses and Jim called me to tell me what I had done. I asked him to leave them at my doctor’s office and that I would pick them up the next time I went in. Right away he said no, and that he would drop them off at my mailbox at my salon. As he promised, two days later they were in my mailbox. He came from Attleboro to East Providence just to deliver them, along with a beautiful note to me to encourage my recovery. We need more people like Jim in the world and the medical field.

Perfection 100%. He should train all nurses. Knowledgeable, personal attention, pain relief. Ice packs, perfect instructions, calming from entrance to son’s car door. Charming and on and on and on. After 23 operations, his care was exceptional. The best part of surgery. Thank you, Jim!
