James Hanley, BSN, RN

My son is the patient, and James has been patient, compassionate, and thorough in answering my autistic son's questions. Even though the questions can be abundant, he has been kind and courteous to me and my family. He listened to our son's needs; he made our son's traumatic events less stressful and more acceptable and tolerable for him. I cannot thank him enough; he is a superstar who even put in my son's IV. My son has had 22 surgeries and spent a lot of time in hospitals. James is an exemplary example of a truly genuine, compassionate nurse.
