James was my sister's nurse when we brought her back to the ED from a previous admission. She asked me to write this nomination for James because of the remarkable care we received. James worked quickly to get my sister set up for a doctor visit at the ER. While he worked quickly and methodically, he was super attentive to my sister. His questions were precise, and he listened to her very well. He was not supposed to be her nurse at shift change but stayed with us until discharge. His demeanor was calming, and his personality was great. We were in great care. The best part is that my sister is a nurse and said James was absolutely remarkable in every step of our visit.
