The ED has gone through many changes in the last year. Jim has been a key team player and is always a strong nurse and leader. There have been many times in the last year when I was so glad he was working. He always steps up and helps whenever he is needed. He is a great nurse to have during any critical patient's time in the ED. One time in mind, the ED was busy with multiple critical patients and they were short a nurse, and Thank Goodness he was on!!!

He is a team player, one of the "strong" nurses in his department who has stuck it out through all the changes and you can always depend on him. He has a great attitude at work and he treats all patients and staff kindly and with a smile.
