James is everything a nurse stands for. He is compassionate and caring, and he listens and addresses your concerns. He was assigned to put an IV in me and I am an extremely hard stick. However, James said that was no problem for him and he was very careful in response to how painful it was for me. My previous IV line had gotten infected and he took the extra steps to make sure it was cleaned properly and then he had to culture it. While he was providing care, he explained everything he was doing and answered any questions I had. Not a lot of people do that and it made a big difference in how I felt I was treated. I appreciate James for the care he gave me and everything he did to help with my recovery.
